Mar\u00eda Victoria Fuentes Del R\u00edo<\/strong> holds a BA in English Language and Literature (2020), and an MA in Advanced English Studies (2021), both obtained at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. She is currently working on her Doctoral Thesis temporally titled \u201cFemale Characters in H. G. Wells\u2019 Social Novel\u201d under the supervision of Dr. Jorge Sacido Romero. In her Thesis, she analyses the identity of H. G.Wells\u2019 female characters, focusing on those who are in a sex-affective, marital, or romantic relationship. Victoria\u2019s research interests comprise H. G. Wells\u2019 fiction, gender studies, dystopian and apocalyptic literature, the relation between literature and ideology, and the history and culture of the British Isles.<\/p>\n
