Ant\u00eda Rom\u00e1n Sotelo<\/b> graduouse en Lingua e Literatura Inglesas pola Universidade de Santiago de Compostela (2018), onde obtivo tam\u00e9n o Mestrado en Estudos Ingleses Avanzados e as s\u00faas Aplicaci\u00f3ns (2019). Actualmente, est\u00e1 traballando na s\u00faa tese doutoral baixo a supervisi\u00f3n da profesora Laura Lojo Rodr\u00edguez e cun contrato predoutoral concedido polo Ministerio de Universidades. A s\u00faa tese, que leva por t\u00edtulo provisional “Reverberations of Trauma: The Great War Revisited in Contemporary Irish Literature”, examina as causas hist\u00f3ricas, pol\u00edticas e sociais que contribu\u00edron ao esquecemento da participaci\u00f3n irlandesa na Gran Guerra, analizando o concepto de ‘trauma’ con relaci\u00f3n \u00e1 represi\u00f3n do suceso.Dita tese pretende dar visibilidade aos autores\/as contempor\u00e1neos que decidiron abordar o conflicto como parte dun proceso de reconciliaci\u00f3n co pasado, e analizar as estratexias discursivas das que se serve a literatura para expresar o que <\/span>adoita\u00a0<\/b>permanecer oculto.\u00a0<\/span>As principais li\u00f1as de investigaci\u00f3n de Rom\u00e1n Sotelo incl\u00faen os estudos de trauma, o poscolonialismo e a literatura irlandesa.<\/span><\/div>\n
