En la actualidad, los miembros del grupo que trabajan en esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n centran su labor investigadora en torno a los estudios culturales e hist\u00f3ricos en lengua y literatura inglesas, pudiendo subrayar aqu\u00ed varias publicaciones de Cristina Mour\u00f3n Figueroa tales como \u201cLa traici\u00f3n y su castigo en la Inglaterra de la Baja Edad Media seg\u00fan el ciclo de York\u201d (2004) o <\/span>Names<\/i> and <\/i>Titles<\/i> in <\/i>Shakespeare\u2019s<\/i> Henry V<\/span>: A <\/i>Survey<\/i> of English <\/i>Society<\/i> in <\/i>the<\/i> Late <\/i>Middle-Ages<\/i> (2003). Mour\u00f3n Figueroa tambi\u00e9n desarrolla estudios sobre el teatro medieval ingl\u00e9s, principalmente desde una \u00f3ptica sociocultural. En esta l\u00ednea ha publicado, entre otras contribuciones, <\/span>El ciclo de York. <\/i>Sociedad y cultura en la Inglaterra medieval<\/i><\/a><\/span> (2005), o <\/span>A Arca de No\u00e9. <\/i>Traduci\u00f3n<\/i> ao<\/i> galego<\/i> de \u201c<\/i>Noah\u2019s<\/i> Ark<\/i>\u201d do Newcastle <\/i>(non-<\/i>cycle<\/i>) Play e \u201c<\/i>The<\/i> Fall<\/i> of <\/i>Angels<\/i>\u201d (do York <\/i>Cycle<\/i>)<\/i><\/a><\/span> (2011, en coautor\u00eda con Bego\u00f1a Crespo e Isabel Moskowich). Las investigaciones medievalistas de Mour\u00f3n Figueroa tambi\u00e9n entroncan con los estudios de g\u00e9nero, dando como resultado toda una serie de publicaciones en las que se reivindica y analiza el papel de la mujer en la sociedad medieval, como es el caso de <\/span>\u201cMujeres en profesiones m\u00e9dicas y su reputaci\u00f3n en la Inglaterra medieval: el caso de Un mundo sin fin <\/i>de Ken Follet\u201d<\/a> (2011), \u201cCulpabilidad o inocencia de Eva en la literatura inglesa y castellana de la Baja Edad Media\u201d (2004, en coautor\u00eda con Mercedes Pamp\u00edn Barral) o \u201cMarried Women in Fourteenth-Century English Society: Evidence from \u2018The Wife of Bath\u2019\u201d (2000).
